Some material move down hill very slowly. Some move very fast. You have probably read about or may even have seen picture that tell of the death and destruction that avalanches and landslide cause in mountain areas. Avalanches are sliding masses of snow, ice and rocks, landslides are composed of soil and rock.
You may be surprised at the intresting and terrible avalanches in Langtang on 2011. This was the Field Visit of Central Department OF Environment Science. 7 th Batch (Mountain Group). the scene appear was up ward area of langtang/Kenjing valley.
